[MCR] CAC technical avalanche hazard analysis

The Canadian Avalanche Centre is now making technical avalanche hazard analyses available to the public. These analyses form the basis for the CAC's public avalanche forecasts published on the CAC website and sent out by email. Please note that the discussion and danger ratings in the analyses are an assessment of the current conditions at the time the analysis was prepared. Depending on the weather forecast, the information published in the public avalanche forecast may differ from the current analysis. This is technical information intended to provide advanced users with another layer of information to help them better understand the CAC's forecasts. A user guide that provides background information on how the analyses are prepared and what the various parts mean is in the works but not yet available.

You can find the technical avalanche hazard analyses by choosing the applicable forecast webpage (http://www.avalanche.ca/cac/bulletins/latest) then clicking on the link on the right side of the forecast: look under the thumbnail map in the "more info" section.
